Liangfang Pharmaceutical, specifically Yunnan Liangfang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., is a Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Kunming, Yunnan Province. The company specializes in the production of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and chemical drugs, with a focus on dosage forms such as injections, soft capsules, and granules. In 2021, it was acquired by China Shineway Pharmaceutical Group Limited (HKG: 2877) for approximately RMB 137 million to expand Shineway's TCM formula granule and injection business in Southwest China. Following the acquisition, the entity was integrated into Shineway's operations and renamed Shineway Pharmaceutical (Kunming) Company Limited, contributing to the group's portfolio of modern TCM products and innovative clinical programs.
