Life With a Baby

Life With a Baby is a Canadian non-profit organization and peer support network dedicated to supporting the mental health of new and expecting parents. As a program of the charity Healthy Start, Healthy Future, it focuses on the prevention and management of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), such as postpartum depression.
