LifeLink of Georgia

LifeLink of Georgia is the Georgia division of LifeLink Foundation, a nonprofit healthcare organization focused on organ and tissue donation and transplantation services. It serves as the federally designated organ procurement organization for the state of Georgia and two counties in South Carolina, working with hospitals to identify donors, coordinate organ recovery, and support transplantation logistics. The organization also manages public education and donor registration activities tied to Donate Life Georgia. Rather than operating a therapeutic drug pipeline, LifeLink of Georgia provides clinical recovery, donor services, family support, and transplant network coordination infrastructure. It is part of the broader LifeLink Foundation system, which also includes divisions in Florida and Puerto Rico, a tissue bank, and a transplantation immunology laboratory.
