Lifelong Medical Care

LifeLong Medical Care is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive healthcare services to underserved populations in California's East Bay region. Established in 1976, the organization operates a network of primary care clinics, dental centers, and behavioral health facilities across Alameda and Contra Costa counties. LifeLong offers a wide array of services, including geriatric care, pediatrics, HIV treatment, and supportive housing, serving more than 50,000 patients annually. The organization is committed to health equity, providing care regardless of a patient's insurance status or ability to pay.
