Company intelligence / Profile preview
LifeSynch was a U.S. behavioral health services and benefits management company that administered mental health and substance abuse benefits for employers, health plans, and insurers. The company became part of Humana in 2005, when Humana acquired what was then known as CorpHealth. In July 2015, Humana renamed LifeSynch to Humana Behavioral Health, and the LifeSynch name ceased to operate as the primary brand. Its business focused on behavioral health network management, care coordination, and integrated medical-behavioral health services rather than drug development. As a result, although healthcare-related, it was not a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
