Lifetime Health Medical Group was a multi-specialty medical practice that provided primary care, urgent care, and specialized medical services in Western and Central New York. Operating as a subsidiary of Lifetime Healthcare Companies, the parent organization of Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, the group managed several health centers in the Buffalo and Rochester areas. The organization focused on integrated care delivery, offering services such as family medicine, pediatrics, and pharmacy services. In late 2017, the group announced it would cease operations as part of a strategic shift by its parent company to exit direct medical service provision. By mid-2018, the group officially closed, with many of its facilities and patient bases transitioning to other regional health systems like Rochester Regional Health and Buffalo Medical Group.
