Overview
LIfT BioSciences has demonstrated strong preclinical data showing that its Immunomodulatory Alpha Neutrophils ("IMANs") can both directly kill cancer cells and modulate the tumor microenvironment to recruit the patient’s own immune system. The platform aims to overcome resistance mechanisms in solid tumors by replacing pro-tumor neutrophils with anti-tumor IMANs. The first-in-human clinical trials are expected imminently following a successful £10 million Series A raise in September 2024[5].
