Liht Cannabis Corp

Liht Cannabis Corp, formerly known as Marapharm Ventures Inc., was a publicly traded cannabis company focused on the cultivation, production, and distribution of medical and recreational marijuana. The company operated significant facilities in North America, including major cultivation sites in Nevada and Washington state. In 2019, the company rebranded as Organic Flower Investments Group Inc. to pivot toward a broader investment strategy within the cannabis sector. Shortly thereafter, its key assets and intellectual property were acquired by The Green Organic Dutchman (TGOD) in a deal valued at approximately $290 million CAD. The acquisition integrated Liht's production capacity and organic growing methodologies into TGOD's global operations.
