Limenbio is a pre-clinical MedTech company developing HIPPER (High-Pressure Gas Perfusion), a novel cardiac and pulmonary organ preservation platform. The company's proprietary technology delivers a controlled, non-toxic gas mixture (such as oxygen-xenon) through the donor organ's coronary vasculature during transport, maintaining aerobic cellular metabolism and preventing progressive ischemic damage. By extending donor heart and lung viability from the standard 4 hours to over 12 hours autonomously, Limenbio aims to significantly expand the donor-recipient matching radius and reduce the discard rate of viable organs.
