Ling Chi Medicine Company

Ling Chi Medicine Company (Hong Kong) Limited (also known as Ling Chi Medicine Company or 香港靈芝藥廠有限公司) is a legacy pharmaceutical company based in Hong Kong, founded in 1968. The company is historically renowned for manufacturing and distributing traditional Chinese medicines and over-the-counter (OTC) remedies, most notably Shiling Oil (十靈油), Saplingtan (十靈丹), and Col-gan (傷風克). In January 2017, Jacobson Pharma Corporation Limited acquired the key assets, trademarks, and product portfolios of Ling Chi Medicine Company for its branded healthcare business. These acquired brands were subsequently integrated into JBM Healthcare Limited, a spin-off of Jacobson Pharma. Despite the asset sale, the corporate entity of Ling Chi Medicine Company remains registered and active in Hong Kong.
