Overview
LinqMed’s lead radiotherapeutic, 64Cu–ATSM, selectively accumulates in hypoxic tumor cells and is currently in Phase III clinical trials for malignant brain tumors. The company is pioneering the use of copper radioisotope 64Cu to combine diagnosis and therapy (“Visible Cancer Therapeutics”) on a single platform. Early results suggest high selectivity for hypoxic cancer cells with potential to address treatment-resistant cancers such as glioblastoma. The company has received recognition from major Japanese innovation programs and has secured Series A funding.
