Liver Research Consortium

Liver Research Consortium (LRC) is a premier network of clinical research sites and a site management organization (SMO) specializing exclusively in hepatology. The consortium provides pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors with access to a standardized network of high-performing sites and expert investigators to accelerate the development of therapies for liver diseases. LRC focuses on complex indications such as metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH/NASH), viral hepatitis, and rare cholestatic conditions. In 2020, the organization was acquired by WCG (WIRB-Copernicus Group) to bolster WCG's specialized clinical trial solutions and site-based research capabilities in the liver disease space.
