Company intelligence / Profile preview
London International Group was a British healthcare and consumer products company best known as the owner of the Durex condom brand and, historically, a broader portfolio spanning surgical gloves, antiseptics, household gloves, and other health and personal care products. The business evolved from the London Rubber Company and became one of the most prominent condom manufacturers globally. In 1999, London International Group combined with Seton Scholl to form SSL International, and the legacy business later became part of Reckitt through Reckitt's 2010 acquisition of SSL International. As a result, London International Group no longer operates as an independent company today, but its core sexual wellbeing assets continue within Reckitt.
