Longhorn Vaccines and Diagnostics

Longhorn has commercialized its flagship diagnostic product PrimeStore® MTM globally—an FDA-cleared molecular transport medium that played a critical role during the COVID‑19 pandemic and continues to be used in surveillance of high-consequence pathogens like H5N1 avian flu. Its pipeline includes preclinical-to-clinical-stage composite peptide vaccines targeting sepsis/bacterial infections and universal influenza. The company recently presented compelling preclinical data on its anti-sepsis vaccine LHNVD‑303 showing broad efficacy against infection/inflammation. IND-enabling studies are underway for the universal flu vaccine with Phase I trials planned in early/mid–2025.
