Lotus Vision

Lotus Vision was a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative ophthalmic therapies, primarily for the treatment of presbyopia. The company's lead candidate, LV-101, was a proprietary topical ophthalmic solution designed to improve near vision by inducing miosis through a muscarinic agonist. In June 2022, Lotus Vision's key assets, including the LV-101 program and associated intellectual property, were acquired by Lenz Therapeutics. This strategic acquisition allowed Lenz to expand its presbyopia pipeline and leverage Lotus Vision's clinical data. Prior to the acquisition, Lotus Vision had successfully completed a Phase 2 dose-ranging study for LV-101.
