Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic

Louisville Orthopaedic Clinic is a Kentucky-based orthopedic and sports medicine group practice focused on diagnosis, treatment, surgery, rehabilitation, and pain management for musculoskeletal conditions. The practice offers orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, physical therapy, pain management, MRI, X-ray imaging, and custom orthotic services for adolescents, adults, and seniors. Historically an independent local practice founded in 1974, it grew into a sizable regional orthopedic provider serving Louisville, Kentucky, and New Albany, Indiana. In November 2025, the practice was acquired by Baptist Health Medical Group and its services were incorporated into the newly created Baptist Health Louisville Orthopedic Clinic.
