LTB4 Sweden AB was a Swedish biotechnology company focused on developing therapeutics based on the inflammatory mediator leukotriene B4 (LTB4). Founded by Nobel Laureate Bengt Samuelsson, the company aimed to harness LTB4's ability to stimulate the innate immune system to treat infections and cancer. Its lead programs included an intravenous formulation for HIV and an inhaled version for bronchiectasis. Despite reaching Phase 2 clinical trials, the company entered liquidation in 2017.
