LucidMood is a consumer wellness brand originally known for cannabis vape and related THC/CBD products formulated with terpene and botanical blends to deliver specific mood-oriented effects. The company was founded in 2015 and built an early reputation in the U.S. cannabis market as a terpene-focused brand with named product experiences such as Luminous, Loving, Lively, Luscious, and Lullaby. LucidMood was acquired by Palmer Jane in January 2022 for an undisclosed price. More recently, the LucidMood brand has appeared online as a wellness products business marketing functional mushroom gummies aimed at daytime energy/focus and nighttime calm/recovery. It is not a biotech or pharmaceutical drug developer and does not appear to have a clinical-stage therapeutic pipeline.
