Lumedx has over 25 years of experience providing end-to-end cardiovascular information systems and analytics platforms to hospitals and health systems. Its solutions enable high-performance clinical workflows, registry reporting compliance (ACC NCDR/STS), EHR integration, operational analytics for value-based care models in cardiology as well as other specialties. The company was acquired by Intelerad Medical Systems in February 2021 but continues to operate its product lines under the new parent organization. Lumedx remains an active provider of healthcare IT solutions focused on cardiovascular information systems within the portfolio of Intelerad following its acquisition in early 2021. It does not develop drugs or biologic therapies but instead delivers cloud-powered enterprise imaging/data intelligence tools that support clinical decision-making and operational efficiency for hospitals specializing in cardiology and related fields.
