Overview
Lumiphore has developed best-in-class macrocyclic bifunctional chelators (mBFCs) for rapid, stable chelation of radioisotopes at or below physiological temperature, with high in-vivo stability. These are being applied to enable site-directed radiopharmaceuticals for both imaging and therapeutics, but there is no evidence of programs in human clinical trials as of October 2025[4][7].
