Mab-Venture Biopharma

Mab-Venture is a Shanghai-based biotech/CDMO specializing in the development and manufacturing of high-quality biologics including monoclonal antibodies, recombinant proteins, and biosimilars. Its lead disclosed program is a fully human anti–CTLA4 monoclonal antibody injection (MV049), which entered Phase 1 trials for advanced solid tumors. The company has also developed multiple biosimilars with IND filings in China since at least 2017. It operates state-of-the-art facilities including Asia’s first “SmartFactory” for antibody production through partnerships with Thermo Fisher/Finesse. Clinical data on pipeline programs are limited publicly as of mid–2025.
