MadreNatura

MadreNatura is a Swiss-incorporated baby and toddler nutrition company created in 2019 as a joint venture between Hero Group and Angelini Holding to enter the Italian infant food market. The company commercialized the Hero Solo line, a portfolio of 100% organic baby food products sold in Italy through pharmacies, baby specialist stores, selected grocery retailers, drugstores, and e-commerce channels. In May 2025, Hero Group acquired Angelini Holding's remaining 50% stake and took full ownership of MadreNatura. MadreNatura is therefore an active, commercially operating nutrition business rather than a drug-development biotech or pharma company. Its focus is consumer infant nutrition and organic baby food, not therapeutics, clinical-stage medicines, or proprietary drug platforms.
