MAF Bionutritionals was a nutraceutical company founded by Dr. Phil Maffetone, specializing in the development and marketing of natural and organic food-based supplements and functional foods. The company's product portfolio, marketed under the brand name Nature's Dose, included anti-inflammatory complexes, EPA formulas, and various nutrition bars such as Phil's Bar and Boulder Bar. MAF Bionutritionals focused on supporting proactive human cell maintenance, metabolic function, and the prevention of chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease. In November 2002, the company was acquired by Vital Living, Inc., which integrated MAF's distribution network and product lines into its broader healthcare strategy before eventually discontinuing the operations in 2004.
