Main-Kinzig-Kliniken

Main-Kinzig-Kliniken is a regional hospital network located in the Main-Kinzig district of Hesse, Germany. Established in 1997, the network operates two primary hospital locations in Gelnhausen and Schlüchtern, providing comprehensive acute care, outpatient services, and specialized medical treatments to a population of approximately 250,000 people. The clinics feature over 700 beds across 15 specialized departments, including internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, and gynecology. As an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the Goethe University Frankfurt and the Fulda University of Applied Sciences, Main-Kinzig-Kliniken is also actively involved in the training and education of medical and nursing professionals.
