Company intelligence / Profile preview
MANA Therapeutics was a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing off-the-shelf, allogeneic T-cell therapies for the treatment of cancer. The company's proprietary EDDIE (Educated Antigen-Specific T Cell) platform was designed to identify and target multiple tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) simultaneously, aiming to overcome tumor heterogeneity and prevent immune escape. Its lead program, MANA-312, was being evaluated in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other myeloid malignancies. Despite its innovative approach and early clinical progress, the company announced a wind-down of its operations in late 2022 due to funding challenges.
