MangoGen Pharma is a South Korean biotechnology company focused on developing non-viral gene therapies for chronic and intractable diseases. The company leverages a proprietary plasmid DNA (pDNA) platform to deliver therapeutic genes that stimulate tissue regeneration and angiogenesis. Its lead candidate, MG-S01, is a pDNA-based therapy encoding Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) currently being evaluated for the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers (DFU).
