Manli Cardiology

Manli Cardiology is a Singapore-based medical device company specializing in interventional cardiology. The company is best known for developing the Mirage Bioresorbable Micro-fiber Scaffold (BRMS), a next-generation sirolimus-eluting coronary scaffold. Unlike traditional metallic stents, the Mirage scaffold is made from a poly-L-lactide (PLLA) based microfiber that is designed to provide temporary mechanical support to the vessel wall before being fully resorbed by the body within approximately 14 to 24 months. The device features a unique helix coil design and round struts, which are intended to improve flexibility, deliverability, and hemodynamic performance. Manli Cardiology's technology aims to restore natural vascular function and reduce long-term complications such as late stent thrombosis.
