Company intelligence / Profile preview
Maricom Systems was a U.S.-based IT and data management company focused on business intelligence, software engineering, and health information technology solutions. The company supported mission-critical health IT systems for U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agencies, particularly around healthcare informatics and data infrastructure. Its work was concentrated in government and healthcare enterprise systems rather than therapeutic product development. Maricom was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation in September 2011, after which it operated as part of CSC's health services business. It does not appear to have been a drug-development biotech, pharma, or therapeutics company.
