Marker Therapeutics is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company focused on the development of next-generation T cell therapies for the treatment of hematological malignancies and solid tumors. The company utilizes its proprietary Multi-Antigen Targeted (MultiTAA) platform to produce non-genetically engineered T cell therapies that simultaneously target multiple tumor-associated antigens. This approach is designed to reduce the risk of tumor escape and minimize the toxicities often associated with genetically modified cell therapies like CAR-T.
