Marr Technologies was an Israeli medical device company that specialized in the development of precision navigation tools for orthopedic trauma surgery. The company's core innovation was a mechanical distal locking system designed for use with intramedullary nails, which are commonly used to treat long bone fractures. This technology addressed a significant surgical challenge by allowing for the accurate placement of locking screws without the extensive use of X-ray fluoroscopy.
