Maryland Melanoma Center

The Maryland Melanoma Center is a specialized clinical and research program within the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCCC). It provides a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of melanoma and other advanced skin cancers, integrating surgical oncology, medical oncology, and dermatologic surgery. The center is recognized for offering advanced treatment options, including immunotherapy with checkpoint inhibitors and targeted molecular therapies, tailored to the genetic profile of a patient's tumor. As part of an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, it also provides patients with access to innovative clinical trials and cutting-edge research in cutaneous oncology.
