Matrix Corporate Capital was a London-based investment banking and stockbroking firm that provided corporate finance, research, and institutional sales and trading services. As a subsidiary of Matrix Group Limited, the firm specialized in the UK small and mid-cap markets, maintaining a significant focus on the healthcare and life sciences sectors. In July 2012, the corporate finance and stockbroking business of Matrix Corporate Capital was acquired by Panmure Gordon & Co, a move that consolidated Panmure's market position and expanded its sector coverage. Consequently, Matrix Corporate Capital ceased to operate as an independent entity, and its specialized life sciences research and advisory teams were integrated into the acquiring firm.
