MBMG Medical Centers

Clinical Care Medical Centers, commonly referred to as MBMG Medical Centers, was a Florida-based operator of capitated primary care, specialty care and ancillary medical centers focused largely on Medicare Advantage patients. The business was founded by Rodolfo Dumenigo and built a network of medical and wellness centers across South Florida and other Florida counties, offering services such as primary care, cardiology, dental, vision, psychiatry, endocrinology, diagnostics, transportation and meals. The company was acquired by Sun Capital Partners and later operated under the Clinical Care Medical Centers brand. In October 2024, MBMG Holding and related entities filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and case materials identify multiple debtor entities as wind-down vehicles, indicating the business is no longer operating as an active standalone growth company. It is a healthcare delivery organization rather than a drug-development biotech or pharma company.
