It operated as an accredited and GLP-certified facility, assisting global manufacturers in achieving regulatory compliance and documenting product safety. In August 2011, the company was acquired by UL (Underwriters Laboratories) to expand its Life and Health business unit. Following the acquisition, its operations were integrated into UL's global network of safety and certification services.
