MedEval Clinic

MedEval Clinic was a private U.S. medical cannabis evaluation and education center group founded in 2014. The company operated clinics in Colorado and Arizona, helping patients obtain medical cannabis evaluations, certifications, and related education rather than developing proprietary therapeutics. In March 2019, CB2 Insights agreed to acquire MedEval Clinic, and the transaction closed in April 2019 as part of CB2's strategy to build a multi-state network of cannabis evaluation clinics and real-world evidence assets. MedEval therefore appears best characterized as a healthcare service provider in the medical cannabis ecosystem, not a biotech or drug-development company. The original standalone business and brand appear inactive following the acquisition, and its former domain is no longer operating as an official company website.
