Medical City Texas Stroke Institute

The Texas Stroke Institute (TSI) is a specialized neuro-interventional surgery and stroke care network within Medical City Healthcare, a division of HCA Healthcare. It serves as a regional leader in the treatment of complex cerebrovascular diseases, including ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes, brain aneurysms, and arteriovenous malformations. TSI utilizes a "hub-and-spoke" model to provide rapid access to advanced endovascular procedures such as mechanical thrombectomy across the North Texas region.
