Medicap Compounding Center is a specialized compounding pharmacy network based in Iowa, operating key facilities in Coralville and Waterloo. Formerly operating as NuCara's compounding pharmacy division, the business was rebranded to Medicap Compounding Center following its acquisition by OneroRx in April 2026. The center specializes in preparing customized, patient-specific medications, including dermatological treatments, hormone replacement therapies, pain management formulations, and pediatric and veterinary medications. Notably, it is the exclusive licensed producer of WartPEEL, a patented compounded topical gel containing salicylic acid and 5-fluorouracil used for the treatment of warts.
