Medicines and Development Network

Medicines and Development Network (MDN) is a non-profit clinical research organization based in Geneva, Switzerland, specializing in the development of treatments for neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). The organization provides comprehensive clinical trial management, regulatory support, and strategic consultancy to global health partners, including the World Health Organization (WHO). MDN played a pivotal role in the clinical development of moxidectin, an antiparasitic treatment for onchocerciasis (river blindness), managing large-scale trials in endemic regions. By leveraging a network of international experts, MDN aims to accelerate the delivery of high-quality, affordable medicines to underserved populations in low- and middle-income countries.
