Medicines360 has successfully developed and commercialized Liletta®—a levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine device—for contraception. The product underwent the largest and most diverse Phase 3 clinical study on a hormonal IUD in the US. Liletta® received FDA approval and has been made available through partnerships to increase access for underserved women. Avibela™, a branded version of the same device, is distributed internationally at affordable prices via subsidiary Impact RH360. The company continues to expand its portfolio with new contraceptive options such as an over-the-counter progestin-only pill currently under development.
