Company intelligence / Profile preview
MediMedia MAP was the professional medical publishing division of MediMedia, a global healthcare communications company. The division specialized in medical books, journals, and reference information, operating through prestigious imprints such as Masson, Doyma, and Netter. It served the practitioner market and provided continuing medical education (CME) and pharmaceutical industry-sponsored communications across Europe, North America, and Latin America. In August 2005, MediMedia MAP was acquired by Elsevier (a division of Reed Elsevier, now RELX) for approximately €270 million.
