In 2012, MedSeek was acquired by Silver Lake Sumeru, leading to a rebranding as Influence Health in 2013. The entity was subsequently acquired by Healthgrades and later integrated into Mercury Healthcare, which is now part of the WebMD/Internet Brands network.
