MedTech Acquisition Corporation

MedTech Acquisition Corporation was a special purpose acquisition company formed to pursue a business combination in the healthcare sector, with a stated focus on healthcare businesses in the United States. It did not operate a drug development, medical device, or healthcare services business itself; instead, its purpose was to raise capital in the public markets and merge with a target company. The company completed its IPO in December 2020 and later announced a merger with TriSalus Life Sciences in November 2022.
