Company intelligence / Profile preview
Medyria has developed a proprietary blood flow velocity sensing technology, initially offered as an OEM sensor component. Its flagship product, the PyCath microcatheter, enables simultaneous pressure and direct blood flow velocity measurements during catheter-based cardiovascular procedures. This allows comprehensive physiological assessment of both obstructive and microvascular coronary disease. The company has completed preclinical development of PyCath and launched a pilot clinical trial ("KENOBI Trial") in March 2025 to evaluate safety and efficacy for integrated coronary assessment—an important step toward regulatory approval.
