MedZed

MedZed is a private U.S. healthcare services and digital health company that partners with health plans to find, engage, and support high-risk, hard-to-reach Medicaid and Medicare members in their homes and communities. The company combines locally based Community Health Navigators, nurses, telehealth-enabled workflows, and a proprietary technology platform to reconnect members to primary, specialty, behavioral health, and social support services. In California, MedZed offers Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports services for eligible Medi-Cal members, and it has also operated in-home primary care and palliative care programs. MedZed appears to be a commercially operating care delivery and population health company rather than a drug-development biotech or pharma company. Although some secondary databases labeled MedZed as acquired, a September 26, 2025 correction stated that Adobe Population Health acquired only certain California clinical program assets, while MedZed Physician Services continued to operate independently.
