Overview
Melodi Health is conducting a pivotal ARIA IDE clinical trial of its flagship product, the Melodi Matrix—an absorbable mesh that provides soft tissue support and elutes antibiotics to reduce post-surgical infections in women undergoing breast reconstruction after mastectomy. The first patient was enrolled at University of Utah Health in 2024. No FDA-approved soft tissue support products with antibiotic properties currently exist for this indication
