Memory Bridge

Memory Bridge is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization focused on improving quality of life for people living with dementia through education, relationship-building, and community-based programming. Founded in 2004 after beginning its work in 2003, the organization develops programs that connect students and other community members with older adults affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Its best-known work includes the Memory Bridge Initiative, which pairs young people with elders in structured one-to-one relationships designed to reduce emotional isolation and foster meaningful communication.
