Memphasys

Memphasys is an Australian publicly listed reproductive biotechnology and medtech company focused on fertility and assisted reproduction solutions for humans and animals. Its lead commercial product is the Felix™ System, an automated sperm separation device that combines electrophoresis with size exclusion membranes for use in IVF and related assisted reproductive technology workflows. The company is also developing RoXsta™, a point-of-care oxidative stress diagnostic for fertility assessment, along with additional reproductive media and sperm handling products. Memphasys works closely with the University of Newcastle in Australia, where much of its reproductive science research is conducted. The company appears to be transitioning from a development-stage fertility technology business toward early commercial expansion, particularly in selected international markets.
