Company intelligence / Profile preview
Mental Health Partners was a Colorado nonprofit behavioral health provider that delivered outpatient mental health care, addiction treatment, crisis services, psychiatry, therapy, case management, and related community programs for children, adolescents, adults, and families. The organization operated as a community mental health center in Boulder and surrounding counties and emphasized integrated, whole-person care. Its service model included specialty mental health and substance use treatment, crisis response, trauma-focused services, and survivor support programs such as MESA. In October 2024, Mental Health Partners merged with Clinica Family Health to form Clinica Family Health & Wellness, so the Mental Health Partners name remains historically relevant but is no longer the active standalone operating organization.
