Menzis

Menzis is a Dutch health insurer and healthcare services organization operating through the cooperative parent Coöperatie Menzis. It provides statutory basic health insurance, supplementary insurance, dental insurance, and long-term care administration, and also works with care providers, municipalities, and regional partners to improve affordability, accessibility, prevention, and care delivery. The organization markets insurance under the Menzis, Anderzorg, and VinkVink labels and serves roughly 1.9 million customers in the Netherlands. Unlike a biotech or pharma company, Menzis is primarily a payer and healthcare system partner rather than a drug developer, and it does not appear to have a therapeutic R&D pipeline.
