Merck Médication Familiale was the French consumer healthcare subsidiary of the German science and technology company Merck KGaA. The company focused on the development and commercialization of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and nutritional supplements designed for family health. Its portfolio included prominent brands such as Bion3, Femibion, and Seven Seas, which targeted areas like immunity, prenatal health, and general wellness. In 2018, Procter & Gamble (P&G) acquired Merck KGaA's global consumer health business, including this division, for approximately 3.4 billion euros.
